[glow=red,2,500]Pyrodeus and Visignis appeared on Reyone Beach, the lights of Thoncir in the distance to the north, the waters of the Gourin Strait to the south. The sun started to dip below the horizon in the west.
"Let me signal Cryodivus," Pyrodeus said. He spread his wings and arms outward, then thrust both skyward. A simple humanoid of fire soared up, carrying a message for the God of Ice.
"Now we just wait," Pyrodeus said.[/glow]

[glow=maroon,1,500]"I knew you'd pick a beautiful spot for this historic moment, Visignis," Drake said, walking down the beach to meet the two. "But even I was a little surprised at just how beautiful."
Drake's eyes, still milky from his blinding, seemed to twinkle. A deep scar ran from the outside corner of his felt eye to his left earlobe, another from the inside corner of his right eye down his nose, ending at the corner of his mouth. His left wing was completely gone, his right wing sheared off at the elbow joint.
"What, you didn't think a guy who can see the future was gonna miss this, did you?"[/glow]

[glow=blue,2,500]Cryodivus descended from the sky, icy wings spread wide, robed in pure white vestments with a blue stole, a silver outline of his seal on either end of it.
With him came two choirs of angels, twenty apiece, each in white robes carrying brass trumpets. Cryodivus formed an altar of ice, facing eastward, his back to the setting sun. The choirs remained aloft, standing in balconies made of clouds, flanking the altar.
"Hello, old friend," Cryodivus said to Pyrodeus. "Good to see you, Visignis," he said, looking at him. He then looked at Drake. "Drake, it's good to see you still live," he said. "After Taelyrn's sacrifice, I wasn't sure."
He then grew more serious. "Okay, on to business. Visignis, stand right here. Pyrodeus over there," Cryodivus continued, until Pyrodeus and Drake were lined up to the side, and Visignis stood before the altar, waiting for Taelyrn and Viviana to arrive.[/glow]

[glow=white,1,500]A small bead of light formed in the air, giving those assembled ample time to look away or cover their eyes. The bead then swelled, growing rapidly and shifting into a square shape.
This square gained definition, ribbons of color seeming to flow into it from the surroundings. Especially prevalent were shades of red and purple, intertwined with each other and what appeared to be gold inlays in what was now a large set of double doors. The light of the doors was no longer blinding, but retained enough of a glow to be undoubtedly magical in origin.
Silently, the doors opened, a path of light leading from the widening gap between them to the base of the altar, two figures silhouetted in the light. Stepping forward, Taelyn smiled, tapping Viviana's arm and letting her lead once she was no longer in danger of losing her sight.[/glow]

[glow=red,2,500]Pyrodeus, seeing Viviana drag her expensive dress through the sand, flicked his wing. A thin sheet of fire trailed from beneath her feet toward the altar, changing to a crimson carpet as it progressed. Upon touching the altar, a small puff of steam escaped and the path was complete.[/glow]

[glow=blue,2,500]Seeing Viviana and Taelyrn begin to approach the altar, Cryodivus pointed his wings upward.
Seeing their cue, the choirs of angels began playing 'Here Comes the Bride' on celestial trumpets, the beautiful music floating through the air.[/glow]

[glow=orange,1,600]Visignis was completely awestruck.
Seeing Viviana radiate a beauty he had never before known, literally hearing the songs of angels, he was captivated.
He then noticed a few wispy figures. Upon looking again, he saw his mother, Tamina, his uncles, Sentor and Calcaneus, and a woman who bore a resemblance to Viviana in ghostly form, standing off to the side and watching the ceremony. He also noticed six nondescript angels, of varying sizes and builds, behind his family members. They said nothing, simply smiling as the ceremony progressed.[/glow]

[glow=red,2,500]Pyrodeus' mouth fell slightly ajar as he saw Tamina standing near the altar. The two men and one woman standing nearby, he didn't recognize. But, the six standing behind them were faces Pyrodeus would never forget.
The six fallen Warrior Angels, their powers and weapons tucked neatly away in his Forge, had not been trapped within their seals. They had simply changed form, taking their reward in Elysium and leaving their powers behind should they be needed on Etrah. That also explained why Tamina had never found him, or Visignis: She wasn't an angel. She had taken the reward she so richly deserved, and was unaffected by Heaven's break.
He smiled, knowing his brothers lived. Today was quickly becoming one of the happiest and proudest days of his life.[/glow]

[glow=blue,2,500]Cryodivus looked at Tamina and her family, whom he had met in Heaven, and his six brothers. He smiled, glad that God had given them leave to see the wedding.
He then looked at Viviana, striking in her gown. He did a double-take when he noticed who was giving her away: The Warrior Angel of Light.
Upon closer scrutiny, he smiled broadly when he saw that Taelyrn had been reborn as the tenth Warrior Angel. A fitting reward for his sacrifice, no doubt.[/glow]

[glow=purple,1,800]Viviana grinned as she looked upon her mother, standing next to a thin, cheerful man, a gruff-looking man who wore a thin smile, and a woman who was clearly Visignis' mother; he was the spitting image of her, the resemblance in her face unmistakable.
She didn't recognize the six angels behind her mother and Visignis' family, but she smiled at one short one, trying to see around the gruff man, and one enormous one who towered over all the rest. He finally picked up the small one, setting him on his giant shoulder.
She barely noticed that she and Taelyrn had made it to the altar, nearly walking into it. She let go of Taelyrn as she turned and faced Visignis, smiling from ear to ear.[/glow]

[glow=blue,2,500]Cryodivus saw Visignis Take Viviana's hands, and his wings spread wide once more. The sound of trumpets stopped, at the ceremony began.
"Dearly Beloved," Cryodivus began, "we are gathered here today in the sight of God and the company assembled to join Visignis, son of Pyrodeus, and Viviana Templeton in holy matrimony."
He then turned to Visignis. "Do you, Visignis, take Viviana to be your lawfully wedded wife, to have and to hold, in sickness and in heath, in good times and bad, for richer or poorer, keeping yourself solely unto her for as long as you both shall live?"[/glow]
