Crown frowned as the dresser sailed through the wall instead of hitting its mark, allowing Roland to escape to the shower room. Eddie walked toward the hole in the wall, and saw the man turn on a shower head.
Unsure what help that was supposed to be, Eddie simply followed Roland through the hole in the wall, trying to close the gap between the two.

Gripping his dagger tightly, Roland pulled the trigger as Crown came through the hole in the wall. Blue-white arcs of electricity danced up and down the gap in the dagger's split blade, and Roland reached up and pointed the showerhead directly at Eddie before crouching and thrusting the live current into the water coating the floor.

Eddie looked at Roland, clutching his knife as if it was going to save him. He then heard the trademark clicking of a taser, and saw the electric blue arc dancing between the knife the man held.
Eddie's eyes went wide as he saw Roland point the shower head at him, drenching him in water. He dove away from the puddle as Roland plunged the taser into the puddle. An arc of electricity shot out of the puddle and struck his bare, wet feet as he dove.
Eddie's body tensed in midair, and he fell unceremoniously to the floor of the shower room with a thud that shook the walls. Recovering from the second-hand taser shock as well as the impact, Eddie rolled over, rising to one knee to face Roland. The kid obviously came prepared. Eddie was gonna have to take this a bit more seriously.

As soon as he saw Eddie's body tense from the secondary arc, Roland was on the move, releasing the trigger on the dagger as he splashed through the puddle. A good part of him dreaded coming into close-quarters with the man, but he couldn't keep doing this cat-and-mouse routine. Now that he'd shown his hand with the water and the dagger, he couldn't afford to let Eddie become any more prepared than he already was.
As he closed the gap, Roland opened his left hand, going for a flat-handed strike for Crown's ear. He needed to make the man vulnerable, but he couldn't risk losing his only weapon on a strike at an awkward angle, so he'd opted for bursting an eardrum. Dizziness alone would be a great asset, provided the strike connected and did what he needed.

As soon as Eddie turned around, he saw Roland had followed him very closely. Even as he reached out in an attempt to hit Roland in the chest with a palm strike, he felt a hand smack against his head, and heard a ringing in his ear.

Roland's strike connected with a reassuring thud, but whatever sense of accomplishment he might have felt at the success was eclipsed by the sensation of air rushing from his lungs as he collided with Eddie's palm, the man's hand easily covering most of his chest.
As he was pushed back by the strike, Roland stabbed at Crown's extended arm with his dagger from below, stabbing at the underside of Eddie's forearm as fast and as deep as he could. Blood loss and muscle damage were his goals; the mountain of a man before him was still on his knees, possibly disoriented from the attack on his ear, but Roland knew he had to take the fight out of Eddie Crown as fast as he could.
However, as the full force of the blow hit, and Crown's arm finished extending, Roland found himself sliding back on the slick wet tile, barely able to hold his balance between the sliding and the pull from his dagger in Eddie's arm.

His ear still ringing from Roland's strike, Eddie's satisfaction at successfully hitting the upstart was quickly smothered by pain and fury as he felt Roland's knife carve a gash in his forearm. He roared in pain, and saw blood dripping from the wound at a fairly rapid pace.
The kid was fast with his knife, and Eddie was unarmed. However, the kid had likely lost his wind after that shot, which gave Eddie a momentary advantage that he planned to push to its limit.
Lunging foward and rising to his feet, his stance fairly stable in spite of the loss of balance caused by his current lack of hearing in one ear, Eddie Crown raised a massive foot in an attempt to plant it against Roland's chest and stomp him into the floor.

Just as he managed a shaky breath, Roland suddenly found himself with a massive foot planted in his chest, pushing him backwards and down. Digging his blade into Eddie's massive calf, Roland tried to use the blade as leverage to pull himself out of the way of the stomp.
As Crown's foot trapped his left wrist and hand against the tile, however, he knew he wasn't fast enough. Due to the adrenaline pumping through his system from the fight, he heard the breaking of the bones more than he felt them, but he wasn't looking forward to the pain he'd feel when the adrenaline wore off.
Grasping his dagger tightly, Roland wrenched it free of Eddie's calf, adjusting his grip before lunging for the nearest soft target, and slashing hard across the back of Eddie's right knee in an attempt to hamstring the beast.

Eddie inhaled sharply as he felt the blade glide into his calf, the tip pressing against his skin on the oter side but not quite piercing it. His foot crashed down on Roland's hand, and he felt the crunch of bone beneath his foot.
Roland's knife came out of Eddie's leg, blood gushing from the wound. Eddie started to raise his foot and try and stomp on Roland again, only to have that knife slice through his right hamstring.
Eddie lost his balance almost immediately, his knee coming down toward Roland's forearm.

Roland was briefly relieved as he felt the knife cut through the muscle, just as the pressure on his wrist let off. However, his mental celebration was cut short as the giant toppled down, his knee smashing directly into Roland's forearm. Once more, he had adrenaline to thank for the diminished pain, but it was still more than enough to leave him grimacing against the pain.
The way Crown had fallen, Roland was on his left side, with Eddie's groin far closer than Roland would have preferred. He thought he could figure a way out of his situation, but it would require the distance between his head and Crown's crotch closing even more.
Sighing quickly, Roland went for it, straightening his right arm against Crown's back, and sliding him as far through the gap between Eddie's legs as his still-trapped arm would allow. That done, Roland was thankful he'd kept his grip on the knife, as he brought his arm straight down to his side before snapping it up again, the point of his knife headed straight for Crown's spine, a little below the shoulderblades.

Crown saw Roland lunge forward, and felt that damned knife plunge into his core. Only his considerable girth and his arm being in the way prevented his spine being severed.
However, Eddie knew the knife had struck his lung because if the excruciating pain and shortness of breath he felt. He looked down at Roland, both arms occupied, and realized both of his were just fine.
He lunged for Roland's throat with both of his massive hands.

As his knife went into Eddie's back, Roland knew at once he'd missed the spine. Partly from the fact that Eddie was still towering over him, and also from the way that Eddie seemed only to become angrier at the attack, instead of, say, crippled.
As those massive hands came at his throat, Roland panicked, and did the only thing he could: he squeezed the trigger on his dagger, sending the current directly into Eddie's body.

Eddie's body immediately tensed, his arms extending perfectly straight on either side of Roland's head as his face scruched, gritting his teeth.
Eddie toppled helplessly forward.

Roland hung onto the dagger for dear life, knowing that letting go meant one of two things: getting crushed beneath the falling Crown, or being killed after the man regained control of his body.
As Crown fell forward, Roland maneuvered as best he could to keep from being trapped underneath him. For a frightening moment, he thought he'd be suffocated by Eddie's crotch, but as the man fell, the pressure on Roland's broken arm let up enough for him to pull the damaged limb free.
Struggling to his knees, Roland tore the dagger free of Crown's back before clambering onto the man himself. Before Crown could manage to right himself and fight again, however, Roland planned to ensure he wouldn't get the chance, flipping the dagger around in his hand before plunging it into Crown's back again, a few inches below the back of the man's neck.

Eddie felt the knife leave the wound it had created, and felt the warm flow of blood into his lung. Frothy blood flew from his mouth as he fell to the floor.
Eddie's eyes opened as he struggled to get up. It wasn't easy; he'd been hit by his fair share of tasers before, and none of them had ever packed a wallop like this one. He felt like it had to be hooked up to a car battery or something, his entire body was on fire-
Numbness. Eddie could feel only his face, and another puncture wound by that fucking knife, this time in his neck. If only he'd been a bit less careless, taken the kid a bit more seriously, he wouldn't be lying face down in a communal shower, an electric blade stabbed through his windpipe and spinal cord, his body well on its way to bleeding out even if his vision wasn't already getting dark.
Eddie Crown's eyes began to turn bloodshot as the blood drained from the rest of him, and a frothing few bubbles of blood escaping the stab wound marked the leader of the Deathhounds' last breath.
