[glow=white,1,500]"I think it was...didn't feel like it, though. I think I've gotta re-define my limits at some point. I'm really not sure where they are anymore. And it's no problem about doing it...Pyrodeus did most of the work when he made the things, all I had to do was put it in the slot."
Leaning against a wall, and absentmindedly wondering why no one was sitting down, Taelyrn looked at his hands, curious to find out just what he was capable of. He'd never truly reached his limits before his death, at least he didn't think he had. So, if he didn't know what he was capable before he became a Warrior Angel...he had even less of a clue where things stood now.[/glow]

[glow=orange,1,600]Visignis smiled. "Well, the only Warrior Angels I know well are Cryodivus and my father, and they both went through Magres Xerfal," he said. "So my concept of a Warrior Angel's power is a little blown out of proportion, to say the least."
He then remembered his fight with Tresdos. "I did fight Tresdos before he ascended, and I have to admit he was more powerful than me," Visignis added. "I have more combat experience than he had hours alive, but even in spite of that he was able to beat me. So whatever a Warrior Angel's limits are, they go beyond mine, as far as I can tell."[/glow]

[glow=red,2,500]In a burst of flame, Pyrodeus appeared on the stoop outside Visignis' mansion. He looked at the doors, both now installed, and admired his own handiwork.
"Those did turn out pretty good," he said as he waved a hand. The crossed revolvers of Visignis' seal pointed straight up, and the doors slid open.
"Okay, it's official," Pyrodeus said, walking into the mansion. "Cryodivus will perform the wedding," he said, a flick of his wrist causing the doors to close and lock again. "But I did promise to return to Heaven and help try to repair some of the damage done by the break once the wedding's over."[/glow]

[glow=purple,1,800]"Hey!" Viviana shouted down the stairs. "Someone who's not Visignis, come up here a second!"[/glow]

[glow=white,1,500]"I got this," said Taelyrn, walking calmly up the stairs, in the direction Viviana's voice had come from.[/glow]

[glow=purple,1,800]Viviana stood in her dress, her back facing the doorway. The zipper on the back was about halfway zipped, and her hand was behind her head, holding a wire hanger she had bent into a hook.
She lookd up at the mirror, and saw Taelyrn in the reflection. "Hey," she said. "I don't think there's a loop at the end of this zipper. I got it about halfway, and I've been trying to hook it with this," she said, waving the wire hanger, "but it's not working. Can you zip me up?"[/glow]

[glow=white,1,500]Taelyrn raised an eyebrow at Viviana's improvised tool. He smiled slightly. "Not a problem. Now, let's see here..."
After a moment of struggling to find the admittedly miniscule zipper, Taelyrn gave a slow pull upwards, pulling shut the back of the dress. "There you go."[/glow]

[glow=purple,1,800]"Thanks, Taelyrn," she said, turning around to face him. She then turned in a slow circle before looking at him again. "So, how do I look? Did I get my 50,000 coins' worth?"[/glow]

[glow=white,1,500]As Taelyrn's eyes swept over the dress, he felt something akin to pride. He felt it was ridiculous, but he couldn't help but think that, if he did have a daughter, and she was getting married, he'd want her to have a dress like the one Viviana now wore.
"I think Visignis is going to forget about the pricetag the moment he sees you in this, Viviana." Taelyrn said, smiling warmly.[/glow]

[glow=purple,1,800]Viviana smiled. "Aww, you're sweet," she said. "Thank you."
"Ooh, speaking of Visignis," she said, suddenly walking toward the window and looking out, "go back downstairs and tell him to put his tux on. The sun is gonna set soon, and I'm already all dolled up."
She turned and looked at Taelyrn. "Peace never seems to last very long around you Warrior Angels, so we should take the opportunity and get Visignis and I married while we still can."[/glow]

[glow=red,2,500]Pyrodeus nodded. "My pleasure, son." He then broke into a grin. "I can't believe it. My boy is about to get married," he said. "I'm so proud of you, Visignis. You grew into a fine man. You certainly have your mother's attitude."
Pyrodeus then sighed. "Speaking of your mother, I sure do miss her. I never did find out if she fell during the break."[/glow]

[glow=orange,1,600]Visignis chuckled. "Don't worry about Mom," he said. "She was definitely a survivor. If she did fall, I'm sure she made any demons or Rogue Angels who crossed her very sorry that they did."
He then thought. "You know, Drake could help find her. Do you know what happened to him on Mt. Baal?"[/glow]

[glow=white,1,500]Taelyrn smiled, nodding. "As you wish, milady." Laughing slightly, Taelyrn moved quickly out of the room and down the stairs, back into the living room. For whatever reason, the excitement of the event seemed to just be hitting him at that moment.
"Visignis, get your tux. We've got a rare moment of peace, and the bride-to-be would like to take advantage of it. The sun isn't going to wait, and I don't think she is, either."[/glow]

[glow=orange,1,600]Visignis laughed aloud. "That sounds like her," he said. Visignis began walking toward the stairs. "I'm going to my room," he shouted. "Any doors that need to be closed, close 'em."
Once he heard the clunk of a door closing, and the click of a lock snapping shut, Visignis ran up the stairs and quickly began to change.[/glow]
