All non-story fights follow basic RP'ing rules. However, setting up and fighting in a tournament has a few special rules, listed herein.
1) No NPC's. The reasons for this should be fairly obvious.
2) Before starting a fight, both fighters MUST make a list of equipment and abilities and stick to it. Ammunition for guns is kept track of during tournament fights, and resets each round. During a fight you have access to everything on your list - and nothing that's not. Please be thorough.
3) Posting in the fight before posting a list is prohibited. Trying it more than once will get you thrown in the fight you wanted so bad, sans powers or equipment.
4) Only the two fighters in the battle are allowed to post in the fight thread. No interference by outsiders.
5) Since these tournaments exist outside the BoA storyline, one can safely assume they exist outside the timeline as well. As such, deceased playable characters can enter tournaments.
6) Going more than a week without posting in your tournament fight will result in admin action, ranging from a reminder to a disqualification.
7) Each fighter will be allowed up to 20 posts, for a total of 40 posts per fight. If a fight hasn't been decided by then, referee decision will determine the winner.
8) Admin approval is required to make a tournament. All admin decisions regarding any aspect of the tournament are final.
I think that covers everything. If you have any questions, message an admin.

Here's something I whipped up, contains first-round match information: I'll update my personal copy after every match reaches its end, and I'll update the one on the site at the beginning of Round 2, then 3, then 4. After Round 4, we'll have our Champion!
