[glow=white,1,500]Opening his eyes again, Taelyrn looked into the room. Within moments, he found the book, still glowing with the energy he'd placed in it. Stepping through the door, Taelyrn pointed it out, the green-glowing book clearly visible towards the bottom third of the room's central shelf.
"See for yourself. Now we just need to figure out which way they're organized, and we can get started."[/glow]

[glow=red,2,500]Pyrodeus stepped forward, and grabbed the book furthest to the right on the same shelf as the glowing one. He opened the back cover and flipped through a few pages, his finger tracing the words written.
"Okay, this book covers the Unshakable Plane," he said. "The Elemental Plane Silexops used. I know the Elemental Planes are infinite in size, so the biggest planes must be to the right." He then stood back, and looked at the shelf.
"So everything to the left of this book," Pyrodeus said, pointing the the glowing tome, "is smaller than Etrah. This is where we look." He then smiled. "We managed to narrow our search by about 150 books," he said. "But it looks like there are still at least 120 left to read through," he added.
Pyrodeus grasped the glowing book, and turned it on the shelf so it rested on its spine. "Okay, let's get started," he said, grabbing two large handfuls of books to the left of Taelyrn's glowing one. "Taelyrn, you can loose your hold on the page now. We're all gonna have to work together to have any hope of finding her quickly."[/glow]

[glow=orange,1,600]Visignis grabbed an armful of books, set them on a table, and began to quickly browse the pages of the first one in the pile. "Okay, so a plane that's mostly a city or a junkyard?" he asked. "Well, this ain't it," he said mostly to himself, flipping through several more pages.[/glow]

[glow=white,1,500]Releasing his concentration, a small bolt of green light flew from the book to Taelyrn's open hand, before being absorbed back into his form. Then, walking over to the bookshelf, Taelyrn used both his hands and his wings to grab hold of another stack of books and pull them from the shelves.
Walking over to one of the chamber's tables, Taelyrn deposited the books into two stacks, and began rapidly reading through the first book, rarely stopping on a page for more than a few seconds. He hid a grin, enjoying the speed at which he could now take in visual information. However, his grin soon faded as he heard Visignis' words, and found them to be true in his own search.
After the 3rd book had been shoved aside, Taelyrn reported similar progress before continuing.[/glow]

[glow=purple,1,800]Viviana grasped a pile of books and began to read. She saw Taelyrn paging through a book like it was a flipbook. His eyes moved faster than she could follow, appearing only to be a blur.
She then remembered her own task, and began paging through the books she held.[/glow]

[glow=blue,2,500]Cryodivus began to read a stack as well, seeing Taelyrn using his inherent speed as the Angel of Light in order to fly through books with incredible speed.
Cryodivus considered summoning enough ice power to freeze time, but the amount of time it would take to do so would be both prohibitive and very ironic. He continued to read as quickly as he could, knowing full well Taelyrn would finish a dozen before he had read through the one he held.[/glow]

[glow=white,1,500]Taelyrn hefted another stack onto the table. Thanks to his speed, he'd managed to clear almost an entire row of books by the time the others had finished their respective stacks. The effort was beginning to tire him, but he couldn't stop. Not until he knew where they'd taken her.
Under less stressful circumstances, he might have questioned why she had suddenly taken on such importance in his life. Within minutes of learning she even existed, he'd prayed to God on her behalf. Within days, they were running from trans-dimensional cops, and he somehow knew he'd risked more than just his reputation by his stalwart insistence that she was destined for the power of Nocticertus. Under normal circumstances, he'd have laughed at himself, insisted he was acting crazy, and stopped.
However, these were by no means normal circumstances. Something drove him to find her, something that wouldn't let him rest until he...they had her back. And if doing so meant reading through every book in this room, no, in this entire library, then so be it.[/glow]

[glow=orange,1,600]Visignis suddenly looked excited. "Hey guys, I think I found it!" he exclaimed. "Oh, wait," he said, deflated. "It's all city." He then took a second look. "Huh. Looks like they launch their waste into the sun," he said before continuing to search through the books.[/glow]

[glow=red,2,500]Pyrodeus chuckled, setting down the last of the group he had originally grabbed. "Nothing here that fits the profile," he said.
He got up and grabbed the last 5 books on the shelf, handing one to each of the people in the room. "Okay, we're running out of books," he said. "We have to be getting close."[/glow]

[glow=purple,1,800]Viviana closed the last book on her table. "Sorry guys, nothing here either," she said. She then saw a small book left in Cryodivus' unread stack, and quickly flipped through the pages. "None of these even have plane-wide civilization," she said, tossing the book down in frustration.[/glow]

[glow=white,1,500]Taelyrn was too distracted staring at the page in front of him to hear the others. The book Pyrodeus had given him, the last one on the shelf...it had all the answers they needed. On one page was an illustration of the plane's dominant world, a small grey sphere, seemingly covered in metal. On the other was the plane's name, approximate location, and the name of the small metallic world.
"Hey, guys? I...I've found it. She's on a world called Haven."[/glow]

[glow=blue,2,500]Cryodivus immediately gave Taelyrn his full attention, the book he had held falling to the floor. "Great," he said. "Does it have the plane's location?"[/glow]

[glow=white,1,500]Taelyrn pointed out the passage, reading aloud the location listed in the book. The angelic coordinates made almost no sense to him, but he wasn't the one that needed them. He'd followed the girl's power to this 'Haven' before, he remembered the way. If Cryodivus was asking, it meant he could probably make sense of the complex statement better than he could.[/glow]

[glow=orange,1,600]Visignis was completely dumbfounded. Taelyrn had shown Cryodivus the book, and uttered what was very elegant-sounding gibberish. "What the hell did you say?" he asked.[/glow]

[glow=red,2,500]Pyrodeus laughed aloud. "I see what you did there, Cryodivus." He looked at Taelyrn. "Look at the book again," he told him. "The coordinates to Haven are written in Angelic," he said. "There are no English words to describe interplanar coordinates."
He then looked at Visignis. "That's why you couldn't understand him. He was speaking Angelic." Pyrodeus then looked at the coordinates himself. "Alright," he said. "As far as other planes go, it's not too far."[/glow]
