Hey, everybody. I got the inspiration lately for a mercenary character, and I've got a rough idea of how I want him to act, but I'd like him to have a code, or a set of rules, that he has created for himself and that he lives and works by. I've got some rough ideas, but I think they could use some polish, and I figured I'd throw the ideas out and see whether anyone has some suggestions.
- How you pay is negotiable; if you pay is not. - Only freedom and survival are more important than the job. - Laws are to be respected, unless they obstruct the job. - Every job has a price. - Children are neither clients or targets. The definition of 'child' is a fluid one.
At this point, I'm not sure whether I want this character to be here on the Blades, or whether he'll end up in D&D game or a story down the line. Any and all suggestions, questions, or comments are appreciated.
