[glow=red,2,500]Pyrodeus looked around the hospital. Everything seemed in order. He noticed one angel that looked a lot different from the rest, and then caught a glance of his second set of wings.
"Mathew?" he muttered to himself. He resolved not to bother questioning him about what had happened until he had recieved treatment. He looked pretty beat up.
"Okay, should we head to the Forge and figure out what to do about those robots?" Pyrodeus asked the group.[/glow]

[glow=orange,1,600]"I'd just as soon go to the mansion," Visignis said. "We can set up a more effective defense if we're able to work while we plan. And the robots have tagged the mansion, if they do send more troops that's where they will be.""[/glow]

[glow=red,2,500]Pyrodeus looked at Visignis. "Makes sense," he said. He then covered Visignis and Viviana in a flame dome. "Back to the mansion, then," he said, as he and the dome burst into flame. "Meet you there, Taelyrn," he said as both the dome and himself disappeared, leaving wisps of flame behind them.[/glow]

[glow=white,1,500]Taelyrn nodded as Pyrodeus teleported away with the others. Withing the space of a few moments, he was bodiless, merged with the light around Etrah, sending his consciousness to Visignis' mansion, where he would re-materialize.
However, in the short space of time that trip took, Taelyrn was distracted by a sudden burst of light from the direction of Pyrodeus' Forge. Turning his attention to it, Taelyrn perceived a towering pillar of white fire. Redirecting himself, he mentally grinned.
If that isn't a signal, I don't know what is.[/glow]

Darzul parked in the Thoncir General lot, and got out of the car. "You can probably leave the Carbine, Meso," Darzul told him. "Even in these dark times, most people aren't sick enough to attack a hospital."

Darzul nodded. "Yeah, he was pretty messed up," he said. "But these guys are the best. I never send my men anywhere else for medical attention, at least the really serious shit we can't provide on base."
Darzul then walked toward the door, motioning for Mesozoic to follow him.

Darzul turned and looked at Mesozoic. "Good question, kid," he said, approaching the front desk. "Hello, I'm here to see a patient who came by recently. He had two pairs of wings, could you tell me which room he's in?"
"I'm sorry," the receptionist said. "Who are you, and what is your relation to the patient?"
"My name is colonel Darzul Vorca, and I lead the men who keep this city safe while the police run and hide. And my relation to the patient is that me and my friend here are the ones who brought him here for treatment."
"The Colonel Vorca?" the receptionist asked. "The leader of the Vorcan Army?"
Darzul smiled. "We don't have an official name, but Vorcan Army does have a nice ring to it," he said. "But yes, one and the same."
"Room 143, down this hallway and to the left. But he might still be sleeping, we drugged him up pretty good. It took quite a bit of work to get him back in one piece."
Darzul smiled. "Thank you, ma'am. If he is, we won't disturb him." Darzul then began to walk toward the room.
He turned to look at Mesozoic, still smiling. "Vorcan Army," he said. "I kinda like it. What do you think?"

[glow=white,5,600]The body of Mathew lay in a bed, unconcsious. There were various machines next to the bed, and hooked up to him in some fashion of wiring. One of them was beeping. Though the outside was quite serene, the machine which had its tendrils stuck to his head was recording very intense levels of brain activity.
Coryn hung in black nothingness, overlooking a sleeping friend. The angel's blue hair was brushed back, out of the face by the force of gravity. Such was odd, because the invisible force had no effect on the overseer.
"You're pretty good at this," Coryn said, "This whole getting beat within less than an inch of your life and still managing to survive."[/glow]
[glow=white,5,600]"Hey, at least I won this time," the sleeping angel mumbled, his eyes flickering open. Sitting up, slowly, he noticed a figure resting in the darkness before him. The voice was familiar, that much was certain. It was Coryn, though slightly raspier than he remembered it being. However, Ark didn't know the body very well. It was no demon, but a human, a mortal. The man seemed rather old, but still somewhat familiar. "Coryn?"[/glow]
[glow=white,5,600]"Oh, so he's finally awake," Coryn mused, "Well, good morning. I was almost worried you wouldn't wake up, after the beating we took."[/glow]
[glow=white,5,600]"Yeah, with that kind of humor, it couldn't be anyone else. What the hell happened to you?"[/glow]
[glow=white,5,600]"What do you mean? This is how I am by default. Did you forget that I was human?[/glow]
[glow=white,5,600]"To be honest? I think I might have. Thought, in my defense, the last image of you in my head is of the demon version."[/glow]
[glow=white,5,600]"Yeah, sorry about that. I wasn't thinking too clearly. I wasn't quite all there."[/glow]
[glow=white,5,600]"It's fine. I was satisfied to die at your hand. It was better than biting it to that bastard's sword." There was something bugging him, just waiting to come out. It did. "Damn, man, you got old."[/glow]
[glow=white,5,600]Coryn laughed. "Well that what happens when humans go through time. By the way, I should prbably tell you about that now. I haven't got a whole lot of time left."[/glow]
[glow=white,5,600]"Where the fuck did that come from? It was just starting to sink in, that I got to see you again. And now you tell me that you were just leaving? You sure know how to be a killjoy. Besides, this body's only a few days old, we've got plenty of time left."[/glow]
[glow=white,5,600]"Well, you do. Humans die with old age. Even the mind starts to dissolve after a while, contrary to popular belief. And being a demon is extremely taxing on the human mind. I think I aged about five hundred years over the course of the few I was trapped in that body, fighting my way through the walls that barred my memories. I estimate that I've got about a year or two before I fade away."[/glow]
[glow=white,5,600]"Well that's hard to believe, but I guess we'd better make the most of the time you've got left. Tell you what, when we wake up, you've got the helm for a while. I'll let you experience what it's like to be young again."[/glow]

Darzul opened the door. The guy looked like he was still sleeping, albeit restlessly. His body was covered in bandages and sutures, but he seemed to have stabilized.
Darzul looked at the machines. He didn't know much about medical equipment beyond first aid and a little combat surgery, but the machine making all the noise wasn't an EKG. He saw the wires attached to the guy's head, and assumed there was a lot of brain activity.
"I think he's about to come to, Meso," Darzul told the half-demon. "Let's wait it out a minute or two, and see if he does."

Meso looked back at Darzul "ya i think your right" he said looking back at the angel on the bed.
" i think i might want to cover my face. after all he is a angel and waking up to see a demon. might not bold well."

Inor and Drixel walked there the front doors of the hospital. the smell of the clean air entered Inor's nose. "damn even in this body i can still smell the sick and dying all over the place."
Inor looked up at Drixel holding his nose. "why are we really here Drixel?" he asked.

*Blake walked through the city figuring he might a s well take a look around before they went across the bridge. Greg lagged considerably behind huffing and puffing as he struggles to keep running. As they get deeper into the city and Greg catches up to blake, they near what appears to be a hospital. A very hectic hospital. When they get to the doors they find that the patiants of this hospital where a bit different. Angels to be specific. suprizingly greg was the first to speak.*
"we should probably chack that out huh?"
*Blake replied briefly and sarcasticly*
"ya think?"
*blake walked into the hospital with Greg close behind*
