Taelyrn had been about to object, or at least question her decision, but as she said it, he could tell her mind was made up. Nodding, Taelyrn walked to face the doors of the Forge. "I'll have to send a messenger to find them. I'm not sure what would happen to you if you entered Heaven right now, and I'm not about to leave you here alone while I go running off to get them."
Forming a softball-sized orb of light in his hand, Taelyrn spoke softly to the orb, giving it a message for the demigods. Then, with a motion that somewhat resembled a softball pitch, Taelyrn sent the orb out the door. It shot out over the plateau, stopped and hovered for just a moment, and then flew straight up, accelerating quickly before it was lost in the light of the sun.
Walking back into the Forge, Taelyrn left the doors open, not only for the IDPD officer, but also because he didn't mind the cool breeze inside the cavern. "It should reach them fairly quickly. I asked one of them to stop by Visignis' mansion, see if he and Viviana would come along."
Noting the mild confusion on Leyra's face, Taelyrn clarified. "Visignis is Pyrodeus' half-human son, and one of the greatest warriors I've ever known. He's my nephew, in a way. And Viviana is his wife, powerful fighter in her own right. They both came along to try and save you on Haven."

[glow=blue,2,500]Cryodivus appeared in a cloud of frost outside the Forge. He walked though the door, and saw Taelyrn and Leyra conversing.
"I hope I'm not interrupting," he said, walking into the Forge.[/glow]

[glow=gray,2,500]Taelyrn turned as Cryodivus spoke up. "Not at all, I was telling Leyra a bit about her predecessor, what little I know, anyway. I only met Tresdos twice, and you cut our second meeting short."
Stepping off to the side, Taelyrn glanced at the other half of his tandem. "Leyra, I'd like you to meet Cryodivus, the God of Ice."[/glow]

Leyra stepped forward, offering her hand to the demigod. While they'd waited, Taelyrn had touched on the ascension to godhood that Cryodivus, Pyrodeus, and Tresdos had undergone. To be honest, the idea had made her a bit apprehensive about meeting the elder Angels.
"I-It's good to meet you, s-sir," she stammered, her nerves getting the better of her.

[glow=blue,2,500]Cryodivus smiled, taking Leyra's hand. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Leyra," he said.
"It's good to see you in good health," Cryodivus added. "I'm glad what energy we gave you from the seal was able to help."[/glow]

Leyra returned the smile, giving a nervous laugh. "To be honest, I don't remember the last time I felt this good. I mean, I don't remember much, but what memories I have involve bullets and rifts, so good health and sunshine are a huge improvement."
Realizing the demigod had arrived by himself, Leyra couldn't help but wonder where the other one Taelyrn had sent for was. "Is Pyrodeus on his way? Taelyrn said he'd sent for both of you."

[glow=red,2,500]Pyrodeus appeared outside the Forge in a flash of flame, Visignis and Viviana nearby.
He saw the doors already open, Taelyrn, Cryodivus, and the girl he now knew as Leyra all within.
He then noticed a man standing outside the Forge doors, seemingly unwilling to enter. Pyrodeus guessed he was the IDPD liason who had delivered Leyra, but said nothing to him. He simply walked into the Forge.
"Cryodivus, Taelyrn, good to see you again," he said.[/glow]

[glow=purple,1,800]A smile instantly crossed Viviana's face from ear to ear as she saw the others within the Forge. As she walked inside, she noticed a man standing outside the Forge.
Without even noticing that she did it, she walked through leading with her shoulder, turning her back toward - and her stomach away from - the man outside.[/glow]

Well, that answers that question..., Leyra thought as a ball of fire swelled into being on the plateau outside, bursting open to reveal a large black-haired angel with wings of flame, a black-haired man whose right hand seemed to be made of flame, and a brown-haired woman in a purple tank top.
Though the angel, who she assumed was Pyrodeus, appeared to be unarmed, the other two, the man and woman she guessed were Visignis and Viviana, seemed armed to the teeth. She took a half-step back, stepping slightly behind Taelyrn.
The Angel of Light was armed, yes, but he carried only a sword, one that she'd seen unsheathed only once. By contrast, it seemed that these two carried a small arsenal between the two of them, and, biting her lip in a subconscious nervous gesture, Leyra couldn't help but wonder how often they found need of the weapons they wore.

[glow=gray,2,500]Taelyrn smiled, and returned Pyrodeus' greeting as the God of Fire strode into his Forge. However, before he had a chance to introduce Leyra to Pyrodeus and the nephilim couple, Leyra reacted to something, stepping closer to him and dropping her conversation with Cryodivus.
More than slightly alarmed, Taelyrn looked at Leyra, then followed her eyes to Visignis and Viviana. She'd reacted just as they walked into the Forge...ahhhh. He had to admit, he'd never given it much thought, but compared to the Warrior Angels, Visignis and Viviana tended to travel very well-armed.
Turning back to Leyra, Taelyrn gave a soft smile, his voice a low whisper as he spoke. "Leyra, it's alright, there's nothing to worry about. Visignis and Viviana can't summon their weapons to them like Pyrodeus and Cryodivus can, so they carry enough on them to be prepared for pretty much anything."
"It sounds a little paranoid, I realize, but on Etrah, things never really quiet down, not for long, anyway. When you live as long as those two have, it just makes more sense to stay as safe as possible. I promise you, those weapons will never be drawn against you."
Turning back to face the newcomers, Taelyrn stood by Leyra's side, subtly taking away her hiding spot. "I'll introduce you, alright?"
Somewhat thankful for the relatively close quarters of the Forge, Taelyrn held a hand out toward each newcomer in turn as he made the introductions. "Leyra, I'd like you to meet Pyrodeus, the God of Fire, his son, Visignis, and Viviana, Visignis' wife."[/glow]

After Taelyrn's pep talk, Leyra felt her nerves ease up, and she forced herself to take a deep breath to calm herself. Part of her was still nervous, but it was almost entirely over her hoping to make a good first impression on the people who had saved her life.
Leyra smiled sheepishly, but accepted Pyrodeus' offered hand with as firm a handshake as she could manage. "It's good to be awake, and to meet you, Pyrodeus. All of you, really...if it weren't for your trying to change me before, I wouldn't be here at all."

*The man stood outside the door simply watching as the others walked in and began there chatter. he assumed that this was all of them, and if not the present parties would be able to pass along the information. he cleared his throat softly to get their attention and began his very obviously rehearsed speech.*
" I must inform you that this dimension it at the center of a fairly large disturbance and it is very important for you to be cautious with how and how often you travel in the way which you just did. quick transitions between planes can be very jarring. You are effectively sitting on a fault line and must proceed very carefully if you wish for it to stay in existence. believe me when I say that i am not exaggerating. if left unchecked such methods of travel may very well excite the dimentional disturbance. We will continue to observe the situation. I can see that you hold a lot of power in this place and i am sure that our forces will meet again. I hope it is on friendlier terms."

"Fault line?" he finally managed to ask. "What are you talking about? What kind of dimensional disturbance?"[/glow]
